RETURNS
Your happiness is important to us.
If you are not in love with your product purchased from our website, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. For a return to be accepted, the product will be inspected by our factory and must be in original, unused condition. We will then provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Returned product deemed to have been used will be assessed on a case by case basis by our factory and may result in no refund or a partial refund.
